The workplace is fun they have a lot of activities for the employees to get incentives. There is a lot of employee engagement activities. Also, there was opportunities for advancement. However, the pay is below average. My manager was cool and understanding and the people I worked with were friendly and helpful.

They are nice people and work hard just like any other company, however, there are a lot of issues that take very large amounts of time to process and have had multiple cases of employee information getting mixed up, myself included without fix. The remote equipment is fair at best and even though the hardware is new, the software maintains multiple issues that cause a person to be unable to work and not benefit them or their productivity at all. The supervisor communication is slim to none and it takes weeks to months to get any information on solutions to issues.
The consistent problems leave employees without help for weeks without instruction, and vague instructions are given to those when their trainers have them.
The schedule available is literally 8am pm and you have to switch schedule time whenever they want you to, regardless if you have prior life engagements, so there is no availability for school or extracurricular things outside of their schedule for you, unless said things are flexible enough to quickly make changes 24 hrs ahead.

I worked in the customer service department. They do not tell you what kind of service you will be doing until halfway through the training. The training is not helpful at all. The team leads and manager are completely unorganized and have no clue what they are doing. The pay is terrible. And if you expect to be paid for all the hours you worked Every payday multiple people have payroll issues because they weren't paid for the full amount of hours they worked.
It's a complete hassle to try and get that money back. From my check. After multiple attempts and calls I never received my full paycheck. I encourage you to look somewhere else to work.
