He completed a spine surgery fellowship at the San Diego Center for Spinal Disorders where he was exposed to a wide variety of complex pediatric and adult spinal conditions.
Simard is a dual board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement, shoulder and arthroscopic surgery. He utilizes the latest technologies including Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery for partial knee, total knee and hip replacement surgery.
After completing his orthopedic residency, he went to the Mayo Clinic as a visiting physician doing rotations in hip, knee and shoulder reconstructions and then did a trauma fellowship at the University of Tennessee. Simard also served on staff at a teaching hospital as a clinical instructor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.
He was involved in many research projects and has given numerous presentations at different orthopaedic conferences. Simard enjoys participating in outdoor activities such as traveling and fishing. Stuart received the distinguished Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship and subsequently completed an internship in family medicine at the Naval Hospital, Jacksonville, Florida.
Following the completion of his residency, he joined the Wounded Warrior program at the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia where he served as the division officer. Tabor is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement.
He received his medical degree from the University of Virginia College of Medicine and completed his residency and a research fellowship at the Carolinas Medical Center. He has also been involved in research related to hip and knee replacement, including a long-term follow-up study of unicompartmental arthroplasty. Varner is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and hand injuries. He is in charge of staffing at the Orthostat Clinic for urgent care orthopaedic problems, where he evaluates and treats a wide variety of orthopaedic conditions and injuries.

He is a past chair of the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology and has participated on the editorial boards of the Pain Physician j ournal and Interventional Pain Management Reports journal. As a Physician Assistant, Mary Beth works directly with the surgeons of OrthoSouth assisting in clinic, surgery and patient education. Her job as a PA-C is to extend the care of the Physicians and work with them to provide care to patients in clinic and in surgery. She works closely in surgery with the doctors to provide exceptional care to surgical patients.
In the office, Mary Beth sees patients for their post-operative appointments, annual rechecks, follow up complaints, and perform ultrasound guided intra-articular injection to patients with hip pain. In her spare time, Mary Beth enjoys lifting weights, hiking with her husband and playing with her two dogs.

Emma additionally assists in surgeries at local Baptist and Methodist Hospitals. Chase is a Certified Physician Assistant who joined Dr. Ferguson in our practice in August Chase is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed to practice in Tennessee. Fisher is a Physician Assistant working with Dr. Prior to his graduate studies, Mr. He is a member of the AAPA.
Jessica Bradshaw is a certified Physician Assistant who specializes in total hip and knee joint replacements and orthopaedic oncology. Jessica treats adults and children with orthopaedic problems ranging from arthritis, acute injuries, bone and soft tissue tumors, and avascular necrosis alongside Dr. Michael Neel. She performs intraarticular knee and ultrasound-guided intraarticular hip injections to treat hip and knee arthritis conservatively.
Jessica assists in adult and pediatric surgical procedures and sees patients in the clinical setting with Dr. Jessica also volunteers at Church Health Center as well. In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, Dustin, family, and friends. Catherine is a nurse practitioner with specialized graduate education in providing orthopedic health care services to people of all ages. She practices at all OrthoSouth locations as well as surgery center and hospitals affiliated with OrthoSouth. Catherine acts as the first assist in surgery and as a clinical practitioner. Catherine is native Memphian having graduated from Hutchison School.
She is a wife and mother of 2 young girls. Outside of work she enjoys calligraphy and gardening and is a member of Independent Presbyterian Church. Victoria completed her Physician Assistant training at UTHSC, a new and esteemed program known for its high-quality education and focus on teaching a comprehensive background in primary and specialty care medicine.
One of the reasons Victoria became a PA was to improve access to healthcare which she demonstrates by functioning as an extension of Dr. She is committed to lifelong learning and advancing the knowledge of the PA profession, and has a passion for patient care.

Kelly has 11 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, 2 years in orthopaedic surgery, and 10 years of plastic and reconstructive surgery that includes 3 years of head, neck, and breast cancer reconstruction.
She is also experienced in cometic surgical and non-surgical procedures. She also spent 2 years in nursing education and 3 years in public health on top of her 10 years of Obstetric and Gynecology experience. Kelly is married with 2 kids, 3 grandkids, and a step daughter.
She enjoys collecting Shih Tzus and has accumulated 4 of the fur babies. Kelly enjoys spending time quilting, hiking, kayaking, biking, reading, traveling and visiting out of state friends and family.
