The quality and flavor of the food was just okay. The live music started at , but was incredibly loud and the dance floor incredible small. Some of our guests were good sports and danced a bit, but some left because the music was too loud and some of the people too drunk.
We should say that others people there seemed to be having a good time. Our group all ended up leaving before midnight and going out into the streets near the central park. That was lots of fun, celebrating out in the streets with the locals and the fireworks. In the end, Las Palmas was just not a good fit for what we wanted for our wedding guests on New Year's Eve. We had good early dinner here. Our waiter was very nice. My wife left her purse at the table, and we came back the next morning looking for it - they had it there waiting for us, entirely intact.
