Steam buns with your choice of filling-pick 2 pcs. Homemade Thai dumpling. Minced pork and shrimp wrapped in wonton skin. Pan-fried Japanese dumpling.

Choices of bottom as sushi rice, midnight rice or mix green. Pan fried chicken or beef on sushi rice with steam vegetables. Topped with teriyaki sauce and white sesame seed. Sliced homemade BBQ pork on black rice with fresh cucumber and green onion. Topped with red gravy. Marinated thin slice pork belly or chicken breast with spicy Korean BBQ sauce. Stir-fry with Kimchi and green onion.
